How to read the estimate

This uses the same ideal-conditions engine as the app, with its default thresholds: wind above 5 km/h, climbing from 50 m, heat above 22°C and cold below 5°C. It does not use your personal account settings.

The wind and hills models assume a loop. Route direction, gusts, shelter, humidity and individual responses are not modeled. This is a comparison tool, not a race prediction or a recommended pace.

Set climbing and unpaved share to zero to isolate weather. Leave temperature at 15°C and precipitation dry to isolate wind.
